One securement for all types of loads

Every load type.
One solution.

Double Stacked
01

Double Stacked

Secures double-stacked x-wrapped pallets in refrigerated and dry van trailers — dramatically reduced shifting and toppling.

Heavy Load
02

Heavy Load

Handles the heaviest freight — machinery, equipment, and dense pallets firmly secured with minimal movement.

Metal Floor Load
03

Metal Floor Load

Locks into the hat channel of metal trailer floors — strong pallet unitization without wood floor anchoring.

Mixed Load
04

Mixed Load

Even complex mixed freight stays significantly more secure — different pallet sizes, weights, and products better secured in a single load.

★★★★★

A dramatic reduction of inbound damages have been noted on all distribution centers. In addition to being more effective than other load securement methods, KICK STOPS is saving money in supplies and warehouse labor. KICK STOPS are a fraction of the airbag and Logistick costs.

★★★★★

We have been discussing some of our issues with Costco recently and it was noted how much of the issues we have had in the Pacific Northwest have dropped since introduction and full rollout of KICK STOPS.

★★★★★

Our supervisor used the words "happy" and "amazed" to find that not a single pallet had shifted or spilled. Honestly, it's hard for me to believe that these little devices can make much difference when we're shipping 2,500-pound pallets — but so far the reports are good.

★★★★★

We started using KICK STOPS in December 2022 and have had very good success, including heavy use during our full pallet MVM promo with Costco. Our track record with Costco has been excellent. We have a long history of usage and can provide plenty of information as needed.

We've heard them all.

Everything you need
to know.

Do KICK STOPS cause damage to the floor? +
No, the devices only grip the floor 1/16th of an inch — leaving zero damage to the trailer floors or pallets.
Our product is too heavy for your device. +
We meet and exceed DOT standards. Every KICK STOPS device is rated to hold 12,500 lbs at DOT minimum required g-force — 8/10 forward, 5/10 backward, and 5/10 laterally. We require a minimum of 4 KICK STOPS per load.
What are KICK STOPS made from? +
100% US recycled steel. Built tough, built sustainable, and built right here at home.
Are tools required for installation? +
No tools are required for installation or removal. We do offer an optional installation tool for added convenience. A fork truck or pallet jack is typically used for removal.
How many KICK STOPS are used per load? +
KICK STOPS are only placed on the last row of the trailer — typically 4 devices per load. That's it. No need to secure every pallet row, which is a big part of why facilities save so much time.
How quickly can we get KICK STOPS? +
We can generally get KICK STOPS to you within a week — minus the occasional arctic blast. Ready to get started? Request a demo and we'll get things moving.
